Chocolate Replacement Recipe – Sugar Free-

If you have a sweet tooth this is a great way to still feel like you are getting your sweets without the sugar and guilt.

Ok…this does taste like “fake” chocolate BUT it gives you the feeling of your sweets without dairy and without sugar!

Make Your Chocolate!

You will need;

* 1 container of cocoa powder sugar fee

* 1 jar of Coconut Oil

* Sugar replacement such as Stevia

In a Microwave save bowl – use 1 cup Coconut Oil and microwave 20-45 seconds until liquid. (Do not let cool!)

Add 3/4 – 1 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) to liquid Coconut Oil and mix with fork until no chunks and powder completely mixed in with oil.

Add 1 -3 packages of Stevia or sugar replacement for sweetness.

Chocolate Sheet or Chocolate Bites;

Pour the mixture onto a non-stick cookie tray and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Break up the sheet of chocolate into smaller pieces and put extra back into the freezer.

You can also pour the mixture into cupcake pan but only fill 1/4 full in each cupcake tin.

Chocolate Covered Apples!

You will need;

* Your melted chocolate mixture from above

* 1 Red Apple of your choice – cut into slices

Get a cookie sheet and put wax paper down.

Dip your apples into the chocolate mix and place on the cookie sheet. If you want more chocolate you can take excess and pour over the apples.

Put in freezer for 1-2 hours and peel up individual apples. Keep any extra in the freezer.
