and incorporate in your Personal Maintenance plan as well as your schedule.
What are things that you can do for yourself every day,
week and month that will re-fuel and re-charge yourself?
Find things that bring you peace, joy and the ability to relax, recharge and hear your inner self.
The goal is that you should always feel recharged when you finish your self-care time.
You cannot fix, change or help anyone else.
Some examples might be….
- Take a nice bubble bath
- Get my nails done
- Hit a Jeep Trail
- Take a walk
- Go for a drive in my Jeep
- Get a massage
- Take myself for coffee
- Take myself for lunch
- Read a Book
- Take 10-15 mins. To sit quietly and enjoy_________
And let’s not forget Mindsets too…
- Daily affirmations
- Focus on setting good boundaries
- Saying “No” more or maybe “Yes” more.
“Self Care Means Giving Yourself Permission to Pause”
Write out as many things you can think of for each Re-Fuel Category.
These do not have to be things you think you have time for right now.
LET GO of that and DREAM about things you can do for YOU and get them down on paper in this worksheet.
You can add and continue to keep ideas growing on this worksheet all year long.
