It is not selfish to take care of yourself. In fact, you need to take care of you first before you can have the energy and strength needed to devote to someone else.

By designing your own Personal Maintenance Plan you have a plan and schedule to follow to ensure you get what you need to keep yourself running strong!

When you give yourself away you have nothing left for others in the long run.

Lesson 5 : Affirmations

An affirmation is a powerful tool! Science has proven that your brain and responses are triggered when you are told the same thing about yourself over a period of time.

You begin to believe the words that you hear. You can use this as a positive tool.

It only has to be for today.

Lesson 6 : Recovery

Having a plan set out before things get hard is important.

In the moment when life gets you down, or things get rocky it can be hard to think of ways to winch yourself out…..

Lesson 7 : Perfect Week

This is an overview plan for you to design and layout your perfect week.

The order that you write things into your schedule directly dictates the things that you focus on the most…. use this tool to help you schedule YOUR schedule to design your perfect week.

You need a road map or a plan to have the end in mind to achieve success.

Lesson 8 : Celebreate Success

Celebrating and rewarding yourself is SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART to reaching your goals having success.

You need ideas and a plan to make sure and reward yourself for all the little wins along the way!
