Yesterday, “Self Care” that created more engery and joy was the focus. It was the things that you don’t do for yourself.
Today, it is time to focus on all the personal maintenance plan……even the things that are meant with resistance.
Start with a big picture plan
Grab a couple pieces of paper. On one paper write at the top of one page:
Make a list under that of everything you need to do for your own personal maintenance on a yearly basis.
This list includes self care that you can do on a yearly basis. Celebrations and rewarding yourself on a yearly basis.
It also includes doctor appointments, special appointments, dentist, etc.
Make sure to think on a yearly scale to add anything you need or want to do for you.
Zoom in to the next level
This list includes self care that you can do, celebrations and rewarding yourself.
It also includes doctor appointments, special appointments, dentist, etc. Add anything you need or want to do for you. Include things you must include in your Personal Maintenance Schedule….even if you don’t want to do them.
Zoom down another level
Make sure to add in any and all details.
Example; get perscription filled, monthly health check in, pay for gym membership, get my roots touched up, etc.
Creating this list is key to a successful Personal Maintenance Schedule
